Cipriani Beverly Hills

A global icon reimagined for the West Coast.

We led the launch of the legendary Cipriani in Beverly Hills, overseeing the opening process and ensuring brand fidelity throughout the adaptation to the California market. The result: a timeless, elegant space that blends the essence of Italian luxury with the relaxed sophistication of the West Coast.

Artest **

Michelin-level cuisine in an immersive setting.

One of Russia’s most awarded fine dining destinations. Artest earned two Michelin stars for its bold tasting menus and immersive service experience. We advised on high-level concept development and operational structure, blending artistic vision with hospitality precision.

Co-Co Chalet

Alpine elegance with a playful twist.

Inspired by European ski resorts, Co-Co Chalet combines rustic charm and modern fusion cuisine. Located in the heart of Krasnaya Polyana, it quickly became one of the top restaurants in Southern Russia. The project was developed from scratch: from architectural layout to branding and kitchen concept.

    Irek is the strategic and creative force behind NewRest&Co. With over 20 years of experience in the restaurant and hospitality industry, he has led the development of more than 100 projects — from boutique coffee shops and immersive bars to full-scale restaurant complexes and Michelin-level dining.

    His expertise spans the entire lifecycle of a hospitality concept: from brand identity and storytelling to architectural layout, kitchen design, and launch strategy. Irek combines bold creative thinking with operational precision, ensuring every project is both emotionally resonant and commercially effective.

    He has collaborated with internationally renowned chefs, led the launch of Cipriani Beverly Hills, and continues to shape forward-thinking hospitality brands across global markets.
